Here is a compilation of retro vintage dolls on Little Twin Stars. Sanrio has brought back their vintage LTS dolls in a big way starting in 2017. It appears to be a start of new set of dolls. Little Twin Stars Collectors are waiting patiently for the larger size dolls like seen below.

I had three choices when selecting to purchase Sugarfina's Hello Kitty gummies. I chose the best fancy presentation that would commemorate the experience to the highest level. As a Sanrio collector, I instagrammed the moment when I received the gummies. It was another journey that this Sanrio addict experienced with her very first Hello Kitty shaped gummies. It was a fantastic moment to share with other fellow collectors.

This special snowglobe is the highlight of all my Christmas gifts to myself. The snowglobe design is what I have been asking Sanrio for years to produce. Finally, a high end product that I can proudly display in my collection. It's one of the many steps of progress that I have been seeing from Sanrio as of late. 

The snowglobe is very intricately detailed that it gives off the special feeling that the designer put some serious creativity and thought when producing this masterpiece. It's definitely a one-of-a-kind rare piece that should be cherished forever. Sanrio has impressed me -- their harshest critic that is a fan of their brand. Great job, big S.

Hello Kitty Anniversary Snowglobe

When this particular snowglobe was first revealed to the Sanrio community, I was actually astonished that the size was not tiny. I was further surprised at how creatively designed the special piece turned out. My favorite part about the snowglobe are Hello Kitty and Mimmy's outfits displayed on mannequin stands, ready to be used. Almost like a sneak peek version of their closet. The ribbon on the top is actually a very nice detailed finish for this snowglobe. The centerpiece with Hello Kitty and Mimmy standing side by side is another beautiful detail that showcases their sisterhood. This piece is in no doubt another cherished snowglobe that will be remembered for years to come.

2017 Edition

As you can guess --- introducing my very first Little Twin Stars snowglobe. Mainly, I was attracted to the size of it and then, the design.  It was another masterpeice that I couldn't pass up. It is the kind of snowglobe that explains what is sweetly adorable about Kiki and Lala. They are royalty in the heavens. They are our Angels. They are surrounded in magic and the ultra beauty of the skies. Fluffy white clouds shimmering in the mist, hiding and protecting the secret dynasty of the twins. It makes me want more of their secret world in the heavens.

Lastly, I present my ultimate Christmas gift to myself. This high quality produced plush is another major score for this Sanrio collector. This plush represents of all Christmas gifts that are special. One important factor is that only 1,500 plushes have been produced. Secondly, it's not some random gift that can be achieved easily. Yes, price was expensive, but it meant that sacrifices were made in order for this piece to be obtained. It is another reason why Christmas gifts have special meaning and is not just an ordinary gift. It's a special time in a Collector's life that is meant to be cherished with meaning and love. If a gift does not have any meaning, then how can it be special on one of the most memorable day of the year?

I collect. It's what Collectors do.

For a year and a half, I have been focused on searching for Sanrio items to add to my growing collection of handbags. They are not ordinary handbags, but of Loungefly's Hello Kitty embossed bags. These handbags are truly one of a kind because they are stylish yet still be a cute Hello Kitty product. It screams fashion bags for adults. These handbags are one of the reasons that made it acceptable for older women to like Hello Kitty.

Before Loungefly's Hello Kitty handbags came onto the fashion scene, there have been many designs of Hello Kitty purses that were sold through Sanrio. Most of the HK purses just don't compare to Loungefly's HK designer bags. Loungefly's version of Hello Kitty bags have been so incredibly successful with the adult crowd that they have expanded the line to luggages, cases, and more.

I try my best to carry a small amount of things because I really hate a messy purse where it takes a while to find whatever you need. I have found the basic things like a calendar planner (even if it's 2010-- still cute to use for contacts and such), small wallet, card holder case, portable scissor, small mirror, USB car charger, a small pouch for tissues, and a pen.

Below is a video that shows fully of what's in my white Loungefly Hello Kitty handbag. There are a few necessity items that I can't do without like my SPF lipstick, Icebreaker mints, iphone, keys, and the Sanrio stamp cards.

What's Your Ideal Jewelry Case?

I resisted at first...

When I saw this jewelry case for the first time on Sanrio Japan's website, I just knew that I would love to store my Sanrio jewelry inside. Since this jewelry box came with a clear glass view display on the top, I knew I would not be keeping just any kind of jewelry inside. The entire jewelry case would only hold my special Sanrio valuables.

I went through all the Pro's and Con's of whether or not I should purchase this product. I asked myself continuously days after if I needed this item in my life. Do I really need one? Ultimately, my need for something with a glass display on top of the case was too tempting for me to resist. I kept picturing this case on top of my dresser vanity in my Sanrio themed bedroom, displaying all my bling-bling fashion rings. 

With this image in my head for the next few weeks, I am definitely my own worst enabler because internally, I was convincing myself to get it. I kept telling myself that you never know when Sanrio will ever make another jewelry case box with a glass top to display a collection of rings. Also, it was the perfect size jewelry case for someone like me. It would take me a couple of years to fill all the empty ring slots. Another thing is that I like the fact that the case is not too small.

While I was trying to think of more brainwashing reasons to buy the case, my better self -- crazy Paranoia side named Nancy (oh, did I forget to mention Nancy to y'all? ;p ) chimed in to tell me the reasons as to why I shouldn't buy the jewelry case. First, the LTS design looks like they pasted a clear sticker on the case and called it a day. If the LTS design was indented or etched more into the glass to give it a more sculpted feel, then there would be no hesitation in buying the product. Lastly, paranoia Nancy pointed out that the knob handles are just too plain looking. Instead, the designers could have added Kiki and Lala's die cut faces as knobs. Lala as the top drawer knob and Kiki for below.

It Arrived...

Even with the doubts of making the right purchase choice, I still bought it. I had an option to choose from three character designs (HK, My Melody, LTS) and Little Twin Stars was the most appealing design for me. First thing I did when I took the case out of it's box was to smell the inside of the drawers. It smelled of a new product. Divine.
